ZayMed Healthcare Centre

Shipping & Delivery Policy

Effective Date: 27 October 2026

This Shipping & Delivery Policy explains the delivery arrangements applicable to eligible pharmacy orders, including local home delivery, domestic courier services and international medicine dispatch facilitated through third-party logistics providers.

Operated by: ZAYMED HEALTHCARE INDIA PRIVATE LIMITED, operating ZayMed Healthcare Centre and its in-house ZayMed Pharmacy, Malviya Nagar, New Delhi.

International Medicine Dispatch: Only eligible medicines intended for personal medical use are considered for international dispatch, subject to valid prescriptions where required, supporting documentation, applicable laws and courier acceptance. Commercial resale or distribution is not permitted.

1. General Delivery Policy

ZayMed Pharmacy offers eligible medicine delivery arrangements according to prescription requirements, product availability, service-area coverage and applicable legal requirements.

Delivery arrangements may include local home delivery, domestic courier dispatch and eligible international courier facilitation.

Availability of a particular delivery option depends on the medicine, destination, courier acceptance and operational arrangements.

An enquiry, quotation or payment does not override applicable prescription, medicine-supply or shipment restrictions.

2. Local Home Delivery

ZayMed Pharmacy offers free home delivery for eligible pharmacy orders in Malviya Nagar and nearby serviceable areas of South Delhi.

Free home delivery is subject to service-area coverage, medicine availability, order acceptance and operational feasibility.

Where an address is outside the free-delivery service area, any applicable delivery charge will be communicated before order confirmation.

Prescription medicines will be supplied only after the necessary prescription verification.

3. Domestic Courier Delivery

Domestic medicine courier arrangements may be available for eligible products and destinations within India.

Domestic courier dispatch is subject to medicine eligibility, applicable dispensing requirements and acceptance by the selected courier provider.

Shipping fees, estimated delivery timelines and any relevant handling conditions will be communicated before the order is confirmed.

Certain medicines, temperature-sensitive products and restricted items may require special arrangements or may not be eligible for courier delivery.

4. International Medicine Dispatch

4.1 Personal Medical Use Only

ZayMed may facilitate international dispatch of eligible medicines intended exclusively for the recipient's personal medical use.

This service is not offered for commercial supply, resale, wholesale, redistribution or other commercial purposes.

Customers may be requested to provide a valid prescription, identification and other relevant documents to support the intended personal use.

4.2 Medicine Eligibility

Only medicines that are legally eligible for the proposed shipment may be considered for international dispatch.

Eligibility depends on applicable laws, medicine classification, destination requirements, relevant permissions and courier acceptance.

Certain medicines may not be eligible for international shipment, even where a prescription is available.

ZayMed may decline any shipment that cannot be verified or lawfully arranged.

4.3 Order Confirmation

International dispatch arrangements are confirmed only after the relevant information, prescription, medicine eligibility, charges and courier arrangements have been reviewed and accepted.

Dispatch is not guaranteed merely because a customer has submitted an enquiry or requested a quotation.

International Order Notice: Medicines must be eligible for the intended shipment, supported by valid prescriptions wherever required and intended solely for personal medical use. Commercial resale and distribution are not permitted under this service.

5. Prescription & Verification Requirements

Prescription medicines are supplied subject to applicable prescription and dispensing laws.

ZayMed Pharmacy may request a valid prescription and relevant patient or recipient information before accepting an order.

For international shipments, additional documentation or verification may be required.

Prescriptions may be reviewed to confirm the medicine, strength, quantity, patient details and other relevant information.

A prescription does not automatically establish that a medicine is eligible for dispatch to every destination.

6. Third-Party Courier Facilitation

ZayMed facilitates eligible courier arrangements through independent third-party logistics and transportation providers.

ZayMed is not itself an international courier or transportation company.

Physical transport, shipment tracking and delivery operations are undertaken by the appointed courier service provider.

Courier acceptance, transportation schedules and delivery processes may be governed by the relevant provider's service conditions.

Use of a third-party courier does not remove legal obligations that may apply to ZayMed as a medicine seller or dispatching party.

7. Shipment Documentation

For eligible shipments, ZayMed may provide relevant available supporting documentation, such as:

  • Commercial invoices
  • Relevant purchase records
  • Prescription-related documents, where appropriate and authorised
  • Other applicable shipment records

Additional documents, verification or permission may be necessary depending on the medicine and the proposed shipment.

The provision of supporting documents does not guarantee acceptance, transportation or final delivery.

8. Delivery Charges & Shipping Fees

Free local delivery may be available for eligible orders within Malviya Nagar and nearby serviceable areas.

Domestic and international courier charges vary according to the destination, medicine, package size, delivery requirements and third-party logistics arrangements.

Applicable shipping, handling or courier facilitation charges will be disclosed before the order is confirmed.

Additional costs will not be added to a confirmed transaction without appropriate disclosure and agreement, except where legally applicable.

9. Dispatch & Delivery Timelines

Estimated dispatch and delivery timelines depend on order verification, medicine availability, destination, courier arrangements and operational factors.

Any specific dispatch or delivery estimate will be communicated where available before order confirmation.

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed unless expressly agreed otherwise.

Where a confirmed delivery arrangement cannot be fulfilled, ZayMed will review the circumstances and provide an appropriate resolution consistent with applicable law.

10. Cold-Chain & Temperature-Sensitive Medicines

Certain medicines, including some injections and vaccines, require specific storage and transport temperature conditions.

Where a shipment requires temperature control, dispatch is considered only when appropriate handling and transportation arrangements are available for the intended journey.

Such shipments may involve insulated packaging, appropriate cooling materials or specialised courier services.

Cold-chain shipment availability and charges must be confirmed before order acceptance.

ZayMed does not guarantee uninterrupted temperature control in the absence of an appropriate validated transport arrangement.

Customers should follow the relevant product storage instructions upon receipt and contact the pharmacy promptly if temperature exposure or product integrity is in doubt.

Cold-Chain Safety: Do not use a temperature-sensitive medicine if its storage history or integrity is uncertain until appropriate professional advice has been obtained.

11. Order Packaging & Courier Handover

Medicines accepted for dispatch will be prepared and packaged according to relevant product requirements and available transport arrangements.

Relevant shipment references or tracking details may be shared when provided by the courier.

Courier handover does not itself establish that delivery has been completed.

Customers should check the delivered package and promptly report visible damage or discrepancies.

12. Delivery Delays, Damage & Shipment Issues

Shipments may be affected by transportation disruptions, inspections, documentation requests, service interruptions or other events affecting delivery.

Where a package is delayed, lost, damaged, returned or delivered incorrectly, customers should contact ZayMed with the relevant order information.

ZayMed may coordinate with the appointed courier to review the reported issue.

The appropriate resolution depends on the circumstances, agreed service terms, courier arrangements and applicable legal requirements.

Nothing in this policy excludes applicable remedies for defective goods, deficient services, incorrect supplies or qualifying non-delivery.

13. Cancellations, Returns & Refunds

Pharmacy orders may be eligible for cancellation before dispensing, specific preparation or dispatch, according to their actual processing status.

Medicines already supplied or dispatched are generally not accepted for return solely because of a change of mind, particularly where appropriate storage cannot be verified.

13.1 International Orders

International medicine orders and associated courier facilitation charges are generally non-refundable once the medicines have been dispensed, specifically prepared or handed over for dispatch.

Cancellation requests received before those steps will be assessed according to actual order status and reasonable costs already incurred.

These conditions do not override statutory remedies for qualifying defective, incorrectly supplied, deficient or unfulfilled orders.

13.2 Incorrect or Damaged Products

Any suspected incorrect, damaged or defective medicine should be reported promptly, with the invoice and relevant supporting details.

Appropriate remedies may include correction, replacement or refund, depending on the circumstances and applicable law.

For the complete conditions, please read our Cancellation & Refund Policy .

14. Customer Information & Delivery Details

Customers should provide accurate recipient names, addresses, contact information and other details required for the proposed order.

Incorrect or incomplete information may delay order verification, dispatch or delivery.

For international medicine orders, additional identification, prescriptions or supporting information may be requested where applicable.

Customers should report any requested correction before dispatch wherever reasonably possible.

Personal information and prescriptions are handled according to our Privacy Policy .

15. Delivery of Other Healthcare Services

ZayMed also provides healthcare services that are delivered through appointments or service arrangements rather than physical shipment of goods.

These may include specialist consultations, online consultations, blood tests, diagnostic services, medical fitness examinations and home healthcare visits.

Laboratory testing and diagnostic report generation are performed by partner laboratories, including House of Diagnostics (HOD), as applicable.

Appointment confirmation, sample collection, examination and report delivery arrangements depend on the relevant service and provider.

Cancellation and refund conditions for these services are explained in our Cancellation & Refund Policy .
